INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING A BREW

To make mint tea, for one cup of tea, steep 1/2 teaspoon of dried leaves in plain water (that has been boiled and removed from the heat) for 5-10 minutes and then strain. You can add honey or lemon for flavor.

Do not leave the mint in the water for too long because it can become bitter and will not be pleasant to drink.

Note: Dried aromatic plants have a much stronger flavor than fresh ones, so we use 1/3 or even 1/5 of the amount of fresh.

CAUTION: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, always consult your doctor, as there are no sufficient studies. Avoid very high doses because it can cause allergies in sensitive individuals.

Storage: Make sure to store it in a dark and dry place.
