RETURNS
Return conditions:
- There must have been prior consultation with the company, by sending us an e-mail to contact@blissam.gr, requesting the return of the product.
- The products must be unused, in their original condition, without alteration of their original packaging and accompanied by the retail receipt or the shipping note.
- The request for return of the product must have been submitted within 3 (three) calendar days from the day you received the product. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept any return of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION
By sending your request by e-mail to contact@blissam.gr, you can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, and within 2 working days.
