INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING A BREW
The tea is made mainly from the flowering stems of the plant. Add 1/2 teaspoon of dried marjoram to boiling water (90°C, removed from the heat). Let it steep in a covered container for 5 minutes before straining. Add lemon or honey.Note: Dried aromatic plants have a much stronger flavor than fresh ones, so we use 1/3 or even 1/5 of the amount of fresh.
CAUTION
- Dosage: Use in moderation, as high doses can cause dizziness and hallucinations.
- Contraindications: Should be used with caution by people with diabetes, intestinal obstruction, or those suffering from asthma or epilepsy.
