INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING A BREW
To make oregano tea, steep half a teaspoon of dried leaves in plain water that has been boiled and removed from the heat for 5-10 minutes, then strain. You can add honey or lemon for flavor.
Do not leave the oregano in the water for too long because it can become bitter and will not be pleasant to drink.Note: Dried aromatic plants have a much stronger flavor than fresh ones, so we use 1/3 or even 1/5 of the amount of fresh.
CAUTION: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, always consult your doctor, as there are no sufficient studies. Avoid very high doses, as it may cause allergies in sensitive individuals.
- Not to be used by people taking anticoagulants or medications for high blood pressure.
