MAIN PROPERTIES
Digestive System: Helps digestion and reduces gas. Due to its strength, it is recommended to use it under the guidance of a specialist (doctor/homeopath).
Antioxidant Action: It is considered a powerful antioxidant.
Toothache: Traditionally used as a local analgesic. You can put a drop on a cotton swab and apply it locally to the aching tooth (caution: it can irritate the gums).
Bad breath & Oral infections: 1-2 drops in a glass of water for gargling (as a mouthwash) to treat germs and bad breath.
COOKING AND PASTRY
Sweets: Add 1-2 drops (after diluting them first in a little honey, oil or milk) to apple pies, cakes, cookies or Christmas sweets.
Beverages & Tea: A drop in tea, mulled wine or hot chocolate for an intense aroma.
Jams & Sauces: Enhances the flavor of fruit jams or meat sauces (e.g. braised), giving a warm, spicy note.
DIRECTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
Not undiluted: Always dilute in a carrier (honey, olive oil) before swallowing.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Avoid use.
Children: Internal use is not recommended in children.
