MAIN PROPERTIES

Digestive system: May help relieve indigestion, bloating and gas. A drop in a glass of water, in a decoction or in honey after a meal may be helpful.

Antioxidant action: Rosemary is rich in antioxidants that support the health of the body.

Decongestant: Due to its mucolytic properties, it can be used to relieve coughs (consult a specialist).

COOKING & CONFECTIONERY

Flavoring oil: Add 1-2 drops to a bottle of olive oil to create a fragrant oil for salads, grilled vegetables or fish.

Marinades & Roasts: Ideal for marinating meats (lamb, chicken) and roasted potatoes. Due to the high concentration, one drop is often enough.

Soups & Sauces: Add at the end of cooking to vegetable soups or tomato sauces to give a strong, fresh note.

Baked Goods: Use in bread doughs, breadsticks or focaccia.

Chocolate & Sweets: Use to give an earthy, herbal flavor to dark chocolate, cookies or even in combination with lemon in cakes.

Toothpick Method: Because it is very strong, dip a toothpick in the bottle and then stir it into your food for a milder effect.

DIRECTIONS & PRECAUTIONS

Never undiluted: It should not be consumed directly. Usually 1-2 drops are added to a spoonful of honey or to a drink.

Avoidance: Do not use by pregnant women, nursing mothers and young children without medical advice.

Note: Before any use for therapeutic purposes, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
