MAIN PROPERTIES

Digestive System: Helps treat indigestion, bloating, nausea and intestinal cramps.

Oral Hygiene: Due to its antibacterial properties, it is used to combat bad breath and gingivitis.

Tonic: Acts as a stimulant for the body, helping to combat physical exhaustion and stress.

HOW TO USE

Because it is extremely concentrated, its use should be done with caution:

Dilution: Always dilute 1 drop of essential oil in at least 120ml of liquid (water, tea, juice) or in a spoonful of honey or olive oil.

Cooking: Add it at the end of cooking to preserve its aroma. Often ONE DROP is enough.

PRECAUTIONS

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding without medical advice.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, as it may cause stomach irritation.

COOKING & CONFECTIONERY

Adds an exotic aroma to sweets (e.g. buns, puddings), rice, vegetables and beverages such as tea or coffee.

Aromatic Coffee (Cardamom Latte): Mix 1 drop of essential oil in a little hot milk (animal or vegetable such as almond) and add it to your espresso or filter coffee.

Hot Chocolate: A drop in a mug of hot chocolate gives an exotic, spicy note that goes perfectly with cocoa.

Energy Smoothie: Add a drop to smoothies with banana, oats or dates to stimulate the body.

Rice & Pilaf: A drop in the water in which rice (e.g. basmati) is boiled gives a wonderful aroma.

Meats & Soups: Ideal for marinades, braised, boiled or grilled meats (especially chicken or lamb).

Sauces & Curries: Enhances the flavor in tomato sauces, vegetable soups and traditional Indian curries.

Salads: Can be added to vinaigrettes for salads with strong flavors.

Cardamom essential oil is excellent in confectionery, as it does not affect the texture of the dough (it does not add moisture or dryness like the ground spice).

Cakes, Cookies & Buns: Add 1-2 drops to cake mix, biscuits or the classic Scandinavian bun dough (kardemummabullar).

Creams & Milk Desserts: Perfect for rice pudding, custards, cheesecakes and ice cream.

Syrups & Jams: Ideal for flavoring syrups in baklava, apple jams, or compotes.

Chocolate: Add to chocolate ganache or homemade chocolates for a gourmet touch.

Coffee & Tea: A drop to Turkish/Arabic coffee or hot tea (e.g. chai) enhances the drink.

Hot Chocolate: Gives a warm, spicy flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS & PRECAUTIONS

Never directly in water: Essential oils do not dissolve in water and can irritate the mucous membrane of the mouth. Always mix the drop in a "carrier", such as a spoonful of honey, milk or a little olive oil before adding it to the drink.

The "Toothpick Method": If one drop seems too strong, dip a toothpick in the bottle and stir your drink with it.

Temperature: Add the oil after the drink has cooled slightly (do not boil), so that its valuable aromatic components do not evaporate.

Addition Time: In cooking, add it towards the end, as a long boiling time can reduce its aroma or leave a bitter taste.

Note: Before any use for therapeutic purposes, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
