MAIN PROPERTIES
Digestive System: Helps treat indigestion, bloating, nausea and intestinal cramps.
Oral Hygiene: Due to its antibacterial properties, it is used to combat bad breath and gingivitis.
Tonic: Acts as a stimulant for the body, helping to combat physical exhaustion and stress.
COOKING & CONFECTIONERY
Flavoring Oils: You can create flavored olive oil by adding 1-2 drops to 500ml-1L of oil for salads or finishing dishes.
Hot Dishes: Add 1 to 2 drops maximum to soups, legumes (chickpeas, lentils), curries or cooked meats (chicken, lamb) at the end of cooking to preserve the aroma.
Marinades: It is ideal for marinades for grilled vegetables (carrots, potatoes) or meats, giving an oriental character.
Dips & Sauces: A small amount (e.g. with the tip of a toothpick) enriches hummus, tzatziki or taco sauces.
Baked goods: It is used to flavor bread doughs or breadsticks, offering a slightly sweet and spicy note.
Special Sweets: In some traditions it is used in small quantities in cookies or syrupy sweets containing nuts.
INSTRUCTIONS & PRECAUTIONS
Never directly in water: Essential oils do not dissolve in water and can irritate the oral mucosa. Always mix the drop in a "carrier" such as a spoonful of honey, milk or a little olive oil before adding it to the drink.
The "Toothpick Method": If one drop seems too strong, dip a toothpick in the bottle and stir your drink with it.
Temperature: Add the oil after the drink has cooled slightly (do not boil), so that its valuable aromatic components do not evaporate.
Note: Before any use for therapeutic purposes, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
