COOKING & CONFECTIONERY
Confectionery: Added to shortbread, cakes, scones and sponge cakes. It combines ideally with flavors such as lemon, honey and vanilla.
Sweets & Desserts: Used in creams, whipped cream, ice cream, chocolates and pastry fillings.
Drinks & Beverages: Added to lemonades, cocktails, tea and syrups. A lavender syrup can be made by boiling sugar, water and a few drops of oil.
Strength: It is highly concentrated, so a very small amount is required (often 1-2 drops or the use of a toothpick dipped in the oil is enough) to avoid a "soapy" or bitter taste.
