COOKING & CONFECTIONERY

Salads: Add 1-2 drops to vinaigrettes (salad dressings) with olive oil and vinegar.
Baked goods: Ideal for buns, gingerbread cakes or cinnamon cookies.
Beverages: Add 1 drop to tea, smoothies, hot chocolate or even drinking water for a refreshing effect.
Cakes and Cookies: Add 1-3 drops to cake mix, muffins or cookie dough for an intense aroma.
Chocolate: Combines ideally with dark chocolate. Add it to ganache, truffles, melted chocolate or homemade chocolates.

DIRECTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
Always diluted: Never consume directly and neat, as it is highly concentrated and can irritate the stomach or esophagus.
Phototoxicity: If you massage your abdomen, avoid sun exposure for 12-24 hours, as it may cause skin irritation or staining.
Photosensitivity: Like all citrus fruits, orange oil is phototoxic. Do not expose your skin to the sun for at least 12-24 hours after topical application, as it may cause burns or blisters.
Dilution: Never use undiluted on the skin or mucous membranes, as it may cause irritation.
Contraindications: Avoid in pregnant women, nursing mothers and young children without medical advice.
Internal use: Add 1-2 drops to a teaspoon of honey or a cup of hot water/tea after a meal.
Topical massage: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10-15ml of a carrier oil (e.g. almond oil or olive oil). Gently massage the abdominal area with clockwise movements to relieve constipation and gas.
